Hey there, fitness enthusiasts! Looking for an exciting way to kickstart your day? Look no further! I'm thrilled to invite you to my invigorating live workout sessions that are bound to get you moving and motivated.
🗓️ When: Every Tuesday and Thursday 🕕 Time: 6:00 AM PT 🌐 Where: Join us on Discord Channel Courtney.LIVE
Ever since the pandemic hit, I've been dedicated to providing top-notch online fitness classes, and the response has been incredible. Now, it's time to expand our community and welcome the entire YouTube team onboard!
🏃🏼♀️ What to Expect: Our power-packed workouts span approximately 55 minutes, complete with a dynamic warm-up, an intense workout session, and a soothing cool-down. But that's not all – after the sweat session, I stick around for an additional 20 minutes to engage with all of you through video chat. It's the perfect opportunity to discuss workout tips, share experiences, and foster a sense of togetherness.
📹 Video Recordings: All our sessions are recorded and then uploaded to YouTube the following Tuesday and Thursday. Feel free to keep your cameras and microphones off during the sessions if that's what you prefer. Rest assured, your privacy is respected, and you won't appear in any YouTube videos.
🌟 Ready to Join? If you're ready to seize the day, become part of a supportive team, and even snag a shoutout now and then, this is the perfect opportunity for you. The 6:00 AM sessions might just become your favorite way to start the day!
So mark your calendars, set your alarms, and let's embark on this fitness journey together. Join us on Discord Channel Courtney.LIVE every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 AM PT. Let's sweat, smile, and shine – all while staying fit and healthy!
See you there! 💪🏼🎊
